I am moving to TX. While in transit I broke my ankle. The ER doctor reccommended Dr. McSpadden. I was given an appointment the day I called. He is thorough and explains exactly what course of action is the best for the situation. I am trusting all my ankle and foot problems to him in the future!

After struggling with heel pain, I obtained a referral from my Primary Care Physician to Dr. McSpadden. Initial recommended treatment was a conservative course of action, stretches and rehabbing my Orthotic inserts. The heel pain lessened, but did not go away, so I opted for surgery. The whole experience has been the right decision and I believe will improve the quality of my life with no heel pain. Recommend Doctor and staff highly!

Dr. McSpadden 's staff is incredibly friendly and they all have great customer service skills. The doctor himself did an outstanding job at thoroughly explaining the issue and he answered all of my questions, and then some! He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a kind disposition. From the beautiful office, the staff and Dr. McSpadden, the entire visit almost makes me want to come back again..... but my foot is okay so I won't need to. :) I would recommend North Austin Foot and Ankle to my loved ones any time.

Dr. Mcspadden is awesome. I’ve recently been through a lot of health issues unrelated to my foot (which was why I went to Austin foot and ankle) so I’ve seen many doctors lately and I can honestly say that Keith Mcspadden is head and shoulders above any of them in terms of his ability to relate what’s happening and what to expect/ bedside manner etc. he’s a consummate pro and exactly what you want/expect when visiting a health professional. Can not recommend this guy enough!

My  experience was amazing. I was having a lot of trouble with my feet (neuropathy and plantar fasciitis.) He was very thorough and wasn't quick to just offer a quick fix to a long term problem. He tried steroid shots on my feet and I was worried that going to Vegas would be a huge problem with all the walking. I haven't had pain in over a year. I've referred him many times over and will continue to do so...Even though he's an Aggie...he's a great doctor! He listens and he cares.. Go see him! I wouldn't steer you wrong!

Amazing experience!!! Seriously y'all, from the front desk staff to the nurses/medical assistants and Dr. Sharkey, they were all wonderful. Everyone was friendly, but like the real deal friendly not cheesy, fake friendly. Everyone, including the doctor took their time to speak to me as a person not just a number. All my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. Follow up appointments had the same level of excellent customer service on all fronts. Highly recommend this office for your foot and ankle needs.

Can Not Thank Dr McSpadden and his team enough for taking care of our 11 year daughter after she broke her foot! Her life is select softball and Dr McSpadden and his team went above and beyond to care for her... coming in on the weekend, reading X-rays while on vaca, taking the extra time and treating her like family! She healed quickly and is ready to hit the fields again!! Thank you for Everything!! Customer for life!
